Delivery
Subject to stock availability, we will endeavour to DISPATCH your order within 3 working days of the date of confirmation of your order by us, or within a reasonable time. Delivery to the UK takes 5 working days in total. Delivery to Europe takes 10 working days in total. Delivery to the Rest of the World takes 15 working days. All delivery times are estimates.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
1. Please email us to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to us.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include custom orders.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
Due to all items being made to order, we do not accept exchanges.
